Pedagogical Continuity Plan
The Pedagogical Continuity Plan (PCP) is a set of institutional actions designed to ensure the learning process of students in situations where it is not fully or partially possible to conduct in-person classes.
It encompasses various study modalities aligned with the institution’s philosophy, which will be implemented to guarantee the delivery of educational content and stimuli in each classroom/grade/year.
The PCP includes the provision of synchronous virtual classes (via videoconference with course teachers), complemented by specially planned asynchronous activities to practice and deepen the topics taught (activities and assignments with different deadlines, discussion prompts, group projects, reading texts, working on specially prepared booklets, and other complementary proposals). These are all extended learning experiences outside the classroom.
Additionally, the plan incorporates the resources, platforms, and tools that the management and teaching teams have implemented to educate students in both the learning of subjects and the development of their analytical and critical thinking skills.
The General Management, along with the section directors and the Guidance Team, will decide, based on current regulations, building capabilities, available resources, and pedagogical criteria, the modalities to be implemented if it is not possible to conduct in-person classes with all students present in the classroom. It is important to note that the success of the PCP relies on the indispensable support of parents, who must provide the necessary educational and technological tools and conducive spaces for the development of virtual learning if required.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or health emergencies where the school cannot conduct its educational project in person, the General Management reserves the right to establish an emergency action plan. This plan will consider the best available strategies, according to their criteria, to ensure the continuity of our Educational Project.
